8. חובת הגינות וזהירות
(א)מתווך במקרקעין יפעל בנאמנות, בהגינות ובדרך מקובלת, וימסור ללקוחו כל מידע שיש בידו בענין מהותי הנוגע לנכס נשוא עסקת התיווך.
(ב)במילוי תפקידו יפעל מתווך במקרקעין במיומנות ובסבירות וינקוט אמצעים הראויים בנסיבות הענין, לקבלת מידע מהותי הנוגע לנכס נשוא עסקת התיווך.
