12. הפרשי הצמדה
בעל דין שלא שילם אגרה במועד לפי תקנות אלה, ישלמה בתוספת הפרשי הצמדה; הפרשי ההצמדה יחושבו לפי שיעור שינוי המדד, מן המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני יום התשלום שלפי תקנות אלה עד המדד שפורסם לאחרונה לפני יום התשלום בפועל.
