תיקון: תשס״ט
בהתקיים אחד מהענינים המפורטים בתקנה 6(ב) בהליך כאמור בפרט 16, 20, 21, 24 או 27 בתוספת, יורה בית המשפט על ניכוי הסכום הנקוב בפרט 33 בתוספת כערכו במועד התשלום מהאגרה ששולמה, כערכה במועד התשלום ועל החזרת יתרת האגרה ששולמה, בתוספת הפרשי הצמדה על היתרה, כאמור בתקנה 17.
