9. אגרה בעתירת אסיר או עציר
(א)אגרה בעד עתירת אסיר או עציר תשולם לפי פרט 18 או 23 בתוספת, לפי הענין, ותיגבה על ידי שירות בתי הסוהר.
(ב)בקשה של אסיר או עציר לפטור מתשלום אגרה לפי תקנה 14 תידון בעת שמיעת העתירה.
(ג)שירות בתי הסוהר יעביר מדי חודש, באמצעות החשב הכללי, את כל הסכומים שגבה לזכות בתי המשפט על פי תקנת משנה (א).
