3. תורנות
(א)נשיא בית המשפט העליון לגבי בית המשפט העליון, ונשיא בית משפט מחוזי ושופט ראשי של בית משפט שלום לגבי בתי המשפט שבסמכותם, יקבעו שופטים, ראשי הוצאה לפועל ורשמים שישמשו בתורנות לענין תקנה 2(א).
(ב)שופט ראשי של בית משפט שלום רשאי לקבוע, לענין תקנת משנה (א), שופט, ראש הוצאה לפועל או רשם אחד למספר בתי משפט שלום שבסמכותו.
