5. אגרות
תיקון: תש״ן
אגרה שעל מבקש לשלמה לפני תחילת הליך לפי תקנות אלה ולא היתה אפשרות לשלמה כאמור, תשולם ביום הראשון שאינו יום מנוחה שלאחר היום שבו הוגש ההליך, ובלבד –
(1)שאם יש צורך בקביעת שווי הבקשה, והשווי לא נקבע ביום האמור – תשולם האגרה ביום קביעת השווי;
(2)שאם קבע בית המשפט מועד אחר – תשולם האגרה באותו מועד.
