תיקון: תש״ע־3, תשפ״ב, תשפ״ג
השר, באישור הוועדה לביטחון לאומי של הכנסת שישיבותיה בעניין זה יהיו חסויות, רשאי לקבוע בכללים הוראות לעניין הזדהות מאבטח בנסיבות כאמור בסעיף 12(ד)(2).
