36. הגשת סיוע ומסירת מידע בידי רשות ציבורית
(א)בלי לגרוע מהוראות חוק זה, כל רשות ציבורית תגיש לרשות כל סיוע שיידרש לה לשם ביצוע תכנית הגנה, בעניין המצוי בתחום סמכותה, הכל בהתאם להסדרים שיסכימו עליהם הרשות והרשות הציבורית הנוגעת בדבר.
(ב) (1)המנהל או עובד הרשות שהוא הסמיך לכך רשאי לדרוש מרשות ציבורית מידע, הדרוש לו למילוי תפקידו ברשות.
(2)מי שנדרש למסור מידע כאמור בפסקה (1), ימסור לרשות את המידע המלא בלא דיחוי.
