11. שיפוט משמעתי נוסף על משפט פלילי
אחריותו של שוטר בשל עבירת משמעת אינה גורעת מאחריותו הפלילית בשל מעשה, ומותר לנקוט נגדו הליכים משמעתיים, אף אם הורשע או זוכה בשל המעשה בבית משפט.
