36. הרשעה בעבירות משמעת אחדות
דן יחיד רשאי להרשיע נאשם בשל כל אחת מעבירות המשמעת שאשמתו בהן נתגלתה מן העובדות שהוכחו לפניו, אך לא יענישנו יותר מפעם אחת בשל אותו מעשה.
