49. הרשעה בעבירות אחדות
בית הדין למשמעת רשאי להרשיע נאשם בכל אחת מן העבירות שאשמתו בהן נתגלתה מן העובדות שהוכחו לפניו, אך לא יענישנו יותר מפעם אחת בשל אותו מעשה.
