55. מינוי נשיא בית הדין לערעורים
תיקון: תשע"-2ו
(א)לנשיא בית הדין לערעורים יתמנה עורך דין שהוא קצין משטרה בכיר שדרגתו תיקבע בפקודות משטרת ישראל.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), השר רשאי, בנסיבות מיוחדות ולבקשת המפקח הכללי, למנות כנשיא בית הדין לערעורים שופט בדימוס או קצין משטרה בכיר בדימוס שהוא עורך דין, ודרגתו כאמור בסעיף קטן (א).
