67. מקום נשיאת עונש מחבוש
(א)שוטר שהוטל עליו עונש מחבוש יישא את עונשו במיתקן משטרתי שקבע המפקח הכללי; הוטל עונש מחבוש על יוצא צבא בשירות סדיר או יוצא צבא בשירות מילואים, יישא את עונשו במיתקן משטרתי כאמור, או במיתקן צבאי שקבע המפקח הכללי בהסכמת ראש המטה הכללי של צבא הגנה לישראל.
(ב)המפקח הכללי יקבע את סדרי המינהל, המשמר, המשטר והמשמעת במיתקן משטרתי שנקבע לנשיאת עונש מחבוש.
