7. תחולה לפי מקום
הדין המשמעתי יחול גם אם עבירת המשמעת נעברה, כולה או מקצתה, מחוץ לשטח ישראל; לענין זה, ”שטח ישראל“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 7(ג) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977 (בחוק זה – חוק העונשין).
