72. ייצוג שוטר בדין משמעתי
תיקון: תשע״א
(א)שוטר שהוא נאשם, מערער או משיב בדיון לפני בית דין, רשאי להיות מיוצג על ידי עורך דין.
(ב)שוטר שהוא נאשם, משיב או עורר בדיון לפני דן יחיד, אינו רשאי להיות מיוצג.
