74. פיטורים עקב הליך משמעתי או פלילי
המפקח הכללי רשאי לפטר שוטר שנידון בהליך משמעתי או פלילי אף אם זוכה, אם הוא סבור, עקב הדיון המשמעתי או הפלילי, כי אין השוטר מתאים להמשיך ולשרת במשטרה, ובלבד שקצין משטרה בכיר לא יפוטר אלא באישור השר.
