78. תקופות שלא יבואו במנין תקופת שירות ביטחון
תקופת מאסר או מחבוש שנשא שוטר שהוא יוצא צבא בשירות סדיר או יוצא צבא בשירות מילואים, או תקופה שבה נעדר מן השירות שלא כדין ושעליה נידון, לא תבוא במנין תקופת השירות שהוא חייב בה לפי חוק שירות ביטחון, אלא אם כן ניתנה הוראה אחרת מאת דן יחיד, בית דין או בית משפט.
