86. הרשאים להגיש קבילה
רשאים להגיש קבילה שוטר נפגע, סוהר נפגע או אדם מטעמם, ובלבד שאותו אדם אינו שוטר או סוהר, לפי הענין, ואם נפטר השוטר הנפגע או הסוהר הנפגע – הורהו, בן זוגו, בנו או בתו, אחיו או אחותו.
