17. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי, בהתייעצות עם שר הבריאות ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף קטן (א), הוראות מינהל למאסדר לשם יישום הוראות חוק זה יינתנו על ידי השר שהתחום שהמאסדר מופקד עליו הוא בסמכותו או באחריותו.
