10. סמכותו של מודד להכנס לתחומי קרקע
יכול כל מודד להכנס, כדי למדוד כל קרקע שהוטל עליו למדדה, לתוך תחום כל קרקע או לעבור בה, בין שהיא קנין הפרט ובין שהיא קנין הצבור, ועליו למעט ככל האפשר בגרימת אי־נוחיות לבעל הקרקע או למחזיק בה.
