12. עונשו של העוקר סימני מדידה
תיקון: 1946, תש״ח־2
כל אדם שאינו בר־הרשאה לכך והוא מטשטש, מסיר או מקלקל בצדיה כל סימן מדידה או סימן תחום שנקבעו או הוצבו לצורך כל מדידה לרבים, יאשם בעברה ויהא צפוי למאסר שלשה חדשים או לקנס בסכום חמשים לירות או לשני העונשין כאחד, ונוסף על כך אפשר לצוות עליו לשלם את הוצאות הסימן שטושטש או הוסר ואת הוצאות המדידה הכרוכות בקביעת הסימן או את הוצאות תקונו של הסימן שניזוק.
