14. איסור חשיפת סימני מדידה, שלא ברשות המנהל
תיקון: תש״ח־2
(1)לא יחשוף אדם סימן־מדידה הקבור מתחת לפני הקרקע או המכוסה גל אבנים או עפר אלא אם כן הורשה לכך מטעם המנהל.
(2)כל אדם –
(א)העובר על סעיף קטן (1), או
(ב)החושף סימן מדידה ברשות המנהל, ומתרשל לכסותו באפן הקבוע או אינו סותם את החור באותו החומר של הקרקע או של הדרך שהסימן קבור תחתם,
יאשם בעברה ויהא צפוי לקנס בסכום עשרים לירות.
