14. פרסום
תיקון: תשנ״ב, ק״ת תשנ״ח
(א)בנק ישראל רשאי לפרסם את מספרי החשבונות המוגבלים, עם ציון שם הבנק שבו מתנהל כל חשבון ותאריך סיום ההגבלה.
(ב)בנק ישראל רשאי לפרסם את שמות הלקוחות המוגבלים החמורים, בציון פרטי הזיהוי כפי שנקבעו בתקנות ואת תאריך סיום ההגבלה, בהתקיים אחת מאלה:
(1)עברו ששים ימים מיום משלוח ההודעה לפי סעיף 3א(ב) ובתקופה זו לא הודיע בעל החשבון לבנק ישראל בדואר רשום על הגשת ערעור בצירוף העתק ממנו;
(2)הערעור בוטל, נמחק או נדחה.
