5. חובות הבנק בחשבון מוגבל
(א)לא יפרע בנק שיק שנמשך על חשבון מוגבל.
(ב)לא יספק בנק טופסי שיקים למשיכה מחשבון מוגבל.
(ג)לא יפתח בנק חשבון ללקוח מוגבל.
