11. מועד משלוח הודעת מפקח ותחילת הגבלה בנסיבות מחמירות
תיקון: תשנ״ב
(א)הודעת מפקח תישלח תוך תשעה ימים מן היום הקובע.
(ב)יום תחילת ההגבלה שיצויין בהודעת המפקח לפי סעיף 3ב(ג) לחוק, לא יהיה מאוחר מעשרים וארבעה ימים מן היום הקובע.
(ג)בסעיף זה, ”היום הקובע“ – היום שבו נתקבל בבנק ישראל דיווח הבנק לפי סעיף 13 לחוק על ההגבלה שגרמה להגבלה בנסיבות מחמירות.
