5. פרטי זיהוי שיימסרו לאוחז
תיקון: תשמ״ב, תשנ״ב
אוחז בשיק שלא נפרע מכל סיבה שהיא, ימסור לו סניף הבנק הנמשך, לפי בקשתו, את הפרטים הבאים כפי שהם רשומים אצלו:
(1)שם, מספר זהות ומען רשום של בעל החשבון;
(2)שם, מספר זהות ומען רשום של מיופה כוח או מורשה חתימה שחתמו בפועל על השיק, אם להנחת דעתו של הבנק ניתן לזהות את החותם.
