11א. עבודה זמנית
תיקון: תשל״ג, תשנ״ח, תשע״ד
שר העבודה רשאי להתיר לנער, בכפוף להוראות סעיף 2, לעבוד תקופה שלא תעלה על שלושה חדשים בעבודה שקבע בהיתר שאינה מסכנת את הבריאות ואינה כרוכה במאמץ גופני קשה, אם ניתן מאת רופא המשפחה אישור רפואי להעסקתו של הנער באותה עבודה; היתר לפי סעיף זה יכול שיהיה כללי או מיוחד.
ניתן היתר עבודה זמנית לנערים (י״פ תשל״ו, 1773).
