14. איסור העסקה לאחר קבלת הודעה
תיקון: תשע״ד
קיבל המעסיק העתק הודעה בהתאם לסעיף 13, יחדל להעביד את הנער תוך עשרה ימים מיום קבלת ההודעה, או תוך זמן קצר יותר שנקבע על ידי מפקח העבודה האזורי, בעבודה שאליה מתייחסת ההודעה או בעבודה הדומה לה מבחינת סיכון הבריאות או המאמץ הגופני הנדרש מהנער.
