19. מנגנון להדרכה בבחירת מקצוע
(א)שר העבודה רשאי למנות אדם להיות הממונה על הדרכה בבחירת מקצוע. הודעה על המינוי תפורסם ברשומות.
(ב)שר העבודה יסמיך מוסדות למתן הדרכה בבחירת מקצוע ומוסד שהוסמך כאמור לא יעסיק במתן הדרכה בבחירת מקצוע אלא אנשים שיש להם ההכשרה שנקבעה על ידי שר העבודה בתקנות.
