בית משפט רשאי, בנוסף לכל עונש הקבוע לעבירה לפי חוק זה, שהיא עבירה נמשכת, להטיל על הנידון קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(ג) לחוק העונשין לכל יום שבו נמשכת העבירה.
