34. נער המועסק על ידי מעסיקים שונים
תיקון: תשע״ד, תשע״ו
המעסיק נער ביודעו שהוא מועסק גם על ידי מעסיק אחר, רואים את מי שהעבידו אותו יום או אותו שבוע שעות העודפות על שמונה ליום או על ארבעים לשבוע כמעסיקו של הנער בכל השעות, אלא אם לא ידע, ולא יכול היה לדעת, את מספר השעות שבהן כבר הועסק הנער על ידי מעסיק אחר.
