43. העברת סמכויות
תיקון: תשע״ו
(א)שר העבודה רשאי להעביר לאחר את סמכויותיו לפי הסעיפים 3, 4 ו־25, פרט לסמכות ליתן היתר כללי לפי סעיף 25(א) או (ב).
(ב)הודעה על העברת סמכויות תפורסם ברשומות.
