55. הזכות לפעולות נוספות
חולה הנוטה למות זכאי, במידת האפשר, שיכובד רצונו לענין פעולות נוספות שלדעת החולה או משפחתו הוא נדרש להן, ביזמתו ובמימונו; ואולם רשאי מנהל מחלקה שלא לאפשר ביצוע פעולות כאמור בתחומי המוסד הרפואי, אם, לפי שיקול דעתו, הוא סבור שהפעולות עלולות לסכן את החולה או לגרום הפרעה למטופלים אחרים או לצוות המטפל.
