2. תנאים למתן הטבה
התנאים החלים על אזרח ותיק שמשתלמת לו גמלה לפי חוק הבטחת הכנסה לקבלת הטבה מן ההטבות המפורטות בתקנה 1 או התנאים החלים עליו לקבלת הטבה כאמור שנותן גוף ציבורי לפי הסכם או נוהג, יחולו בהתאמה על אזרח ותיק שמקבל קצבת זקנה לנכה.
