Section 1 of תקנות האזרחים הוותיקים (תוקף תעודת אזרח ותיק), התשע״א–2011, תוקף תעודת אזרח ותיק.
1. תוקף תעודת אזרח ותיק
תעודת אזרח ותיק האמורה בסעיף 2 לחוק (להלן – התעודה), תהיה תקפה בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)התעודה הופקה כשהיא נושאת תצלום בעליה;
(2)התעודה הוצגה יחד עם תעודה מזהה נושאת תצלום, שנקוב בה תאריך הלידה של בעליה להוכחת הגיל הקובע כמשמעותו בהגדרה ”אזרח ותיק“ בחוק.
