תאריכו וחיתומו של פטנט יהיו כתאריך הבקשה חוץ אם הותנה בפירוש אחרת בפקודה זו:
בתנאי שאין להגיש משפט בשל הפרה שנעשתה לפני קבלת הפירוט.
