42. סמכותו של הרושם לתקן טעויות סופר
עפ״י בקשה בכתב בצירוף התשלום הקבוע, יכול הרושם,
(א)לתקן כל טעות סופר שנפלה בבקשה לפטנט או בקשר עם הבקשה או בכל פטנט או בכל פירוט;
(ב)לבטל את רישומו של סימן אמצאה, אם כלו ואם לגבי סחורה מסוימת שבקשר עמה נרשם סימן האמצאה;
(ג)לתקן כל טעות סופר בציורו של סימן אמצאה או בשמו וכתבתו של בעל פטנט או של בעל אמצאה או בכל ענין אחר שנרשם בפנקס הפטנטים או בפנקס סימני האמצאה.
