תיקון: תש״ח
אם ניתנה לרושם סמכות הכרעה עפ״י פקודה זו, לא ישתמש באותה סמכות לרעתו של מבקש פטנט [במקור: או של מבקש רישום פטנט שניתן בממלכה המאוחדת] או לרעתו של מבקש רישום פטנט עותומני עפ״י סעיף 54 או של מבקש תיקון בפירוט או של מבקש רישום סימן אמצאה, אם לא נתן לו למבקש אפשרות להשמיע את טענותיו.
