48. תעודה מאת הרושם תשמש עדות
תעודה בדבר איזו רשימה שמותר לו לרושם לרשמה או בדבר ענין או דבר שמותר לו לעשותו, ונראה מגופה של התעודה כי היא חתומה ע״י הרושם, תשמש הוכחה על רישומה של אותה רשימה ועל תכנה ועל עשיתו או אי עשיתו של הדבר או הענין, אלא אם כן הוכח ההיפך מזה.
