כל הצווים מאת הנציב העליון במועצה שניתנו קודם ליום עשרים וששה בפברואר, 1935, יהא להם תוקף כאילו ניתנו עפ״י סעיף 52 או עפ״י סעיף 52א מפקודה זו; וכל הסתמכות בכל צו מצוויים אלה על סעיף 51 מפקודת הפטנטים וסימני האמצאה, 1924, רואין אותה כהסתמכות על סעיף 52 או סעיף 52א מפקודה זו.
