(ד)אישרה ועדת המחקר תכנית או חלק ממנה (להלן – תכנית מאושרת), יינתן על כך אישור בכתב חתום בידי המנהל הכללי של הרשות.
(ה)לא אישרה ועדת המחקר תכנית או חלק ממנה, יודיע המנהל הכללי של הרשות למבקש את הנימוקים לכך בכתב תוך ארבעה עשר ימים מיום קבלת ההחלטה.
