מי שניתן לו אישור ימציא למנהל הכללי של הרשות, בהתאם לדרישתו ובתוך פרק הזמן שיקבע, ידיעות, מסמכים וראיות אחרות בקשר לביצוע התכנית המאושרת, לקיום תנאי האישור, לקביעת שיעור ההטבות ולקביעת החיוב בתמלוגים ושיעורם.
