11. תקופת כהונת של הקאדים
תיקון: תשנ״א־2, תשס״ב
כהונת קאדי תתחיל ביום שיצהיר אמונים ולא תסתיים אלא באחת מאלה:
(1)בצאתו לקיצבה או בסיום תקופת כהונתו כאמור בסעיף 6(ב);
(2)בהתפטרותו;
(3)בהיבחרו או במינויו לאחד התפקידים שנושאיהם מנועים מלהיות מועמדים לכנסת;
(4)על־פי החלטת הועדה למינוי קאדים כאמור בסעיף 13א;
(5)על־פי החלטה של בית הדין המשמעתי.
