3א. החזקה במקום כליאה
תיקון: תשס״ח
(א)לוחם בלתי חוקי שהוצא נגדו צו כליאה או שניתנה לגביו הוראת כליאה זמנית, יוחזק במקום כליאה, ואולם לא יוחזק לוחם בלתי חוקי במקום כליאה כאמור בפסקה (5) להגדרה ”מקום כליאה“ לתקופה העולה על 14 ימים.
(ב)שר הביטחון רשאי לקבוע, בצו, מקום כליאה לצורך חוק זה.
