13. קיזוז
(א)בכפוף להוראות סעיף 9(ו), תשלומים לפי חוק זה אינם ניתנים לקיזוז לפי כל דין ולפי כל חוזה, לרבות חוזה שנחתם טרם כניסתו של חוק זה לתוקף, ולרבות תקנון קופת גמל כאמור.
(ב)הזכות לקצבה, לקצבה משלימה, למקדמה או למענק הוני למקרה מוות לפי חוק זה לא תהווה עילה להפחתתם, להקטנתם או לשלילתם של קצבה מקופת גמל או של כל תשלום אחר מקופת גמל, לרבות מקופת גמל שהוקמה טרם כניסתו של חוק זה לתוקף.
