19. תחולה
תיקון: תשע״ב
חוק זה, למעט סעיף 15(ב), יחול, בכפוף להוראות סעיף 18, על חייל מילואים זכאי ושאיר זכאי, שהוכרו לפי הוראות חוק זה, לפי הענין, בשל נכות או פטירה, שאירעה ביום י״ג בטבת התשנ״ט (1 בינואר 1999) או לאחריו.
