5. ביצוע ותקנות
תיקון: תשס״ד־2
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא יתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו.
(ב)צווים כאמור בסעיף 4 יותקנו בידי השר, באישור ועדת החינוך והתרבות של הכנסת, ויוגשו לאישור הועדה –
(1)לגבי שנת הלימודים התשנ״ח, תוך 60 ימים מיום פרסומו של חוק זה;
(1א)לגבי שנת הלימודים התשס״ה, בתוך 60 ימים מיום פרסומו של חוק יום חינוך ארוך ולימודי העשרה (תיקון מס׳ 3), התשס״ד–2004;
(2)לגבי שנות הלימודים הבאות, ארבעה חודשים לפחות לפני תחילת כל שנת לימודים.
