ראיה על היות נכס בבעלותו או בהחזקתו של אחד מבני הזוג או על היותו רשום על שמו, אין בה בלבד כדי לצאת ידי נטל ההוכחה שיש למעט נכס זה מן הנכסים ששויים יאוזן בין בני הזוג.
