תיקון: תשס״א
ניתן צו הגנה כאמור בסעיף 2, ייאסר על המחויב בצו להחזיק או לשאת נשק, לרבות נשק שניתן לו מטעם רשות ביטחון או רשות אחרת מרשויות המדינה; בית המשפט יורה, במעמד מתן הצו, על תפיסת נשקו של המחויב בצו, לאלתר.
