תיקון: תשס״א
דיון בבקשה לפי סעיף 2ג יתקיים במעמד שני הצדדים ובלבד שבבקשה –
(1)לפי סעיף 2ג(א)(2) או (3) יתקיים הדיון גם במעמד נציג בעל הרישיון המיוחד, המפעל הראוי או רשות הביטחון לפי הענין;
(2)לפי סעיף 2ג(ב) יוזמן לדיון גם המחויב בצו.
